- Kit is upset that the new governor keeps avoiding her.
- Tracey, a big donor and tech mogul calls Bell about her daughter needing help. Bell enlists Conrad's help .
- Bilie offers to take Gigi and Sammie to get new dresses since they lost their luggage.
- Conrad realizes that Max, Tracy's daughter, is headed into liver failure. Max needs a transplant to save her life.
- Tracy thinks it's a shakedown and wants to leave.
- Tracy has reservations because Max lost her hearing when a hospital didn't realize she had Menigitits.
- Tracy wants the best pediatric surgeon in the country and calls Sullivan only to discover that he works at Chastain.
- Tracy offers a piece of her liver.
- AJ discovers that Tracy has a narrowing in her heart valve and needs a valve replacement which isn't enough time for her to heal to donate to Max.
- They still can't figure out why Max's liver is failing
- Billie overhears Gigi and Sammie talking about Nic.
- Kit is trending because of her attempts to lambast the govenor. They want to talk to her later.
- Tracy goes into afib and is in worst shape than ever. Ian wants to put pressure on AJ to do the surgery on Tracy. He has to make the call.
- Max is going into multi-system organ failure. They have to do the transplant.
- Ian notices that he ran out of drugs.
- Bell tells Kit that he has to do surgery and may not make his wedding.
- Ian calls Leela into the OR to perform the surgery with him.
- He injects himself with drugs
- The surgery gets harrowing and others notice that Ian is acting strangely. Tracy almost dies and Bell has to save her.
- Bell shows up at their wedding late but everyone is still there and they have a beautiful ceremony.
- They have a perfect wedding with beautiful vows.
- Cade stayed behind to be there with Max and sign.
- Conrad thanks Billie and they dance together at the wedding. It feels intimate.
