A scientist on the hunt for bigfoot dissapears in The Angeles forest. Name: Wallace Yamashiro.
The unit gets the case as a favor to some bigshot in the government.
A former acquitance of Simone -- Greg -- visits her at her dads place where he is working for Simone's dad.
The team finds some evidence -- fur-- that Yamashiro was attacked.
Laura's birthday; Brendon gets her a gift of a pen but is gutted when she figures out what it is. He decides to find her another gift.
Brendon has an awkward interaction with the lab technician when he reveals that he gave away her wine gift.
While still working the case, Carter and Simone find someone with radiation burns in the forest.
Simone and Carter find a bunk with radioactive material in the forest. They find Wallace dead in the bunker.
Tracy is still pressuring Carter wanting to know who he is doing the favor for.
The LAPD and the FBI collaborate.
Interviewing Jagger, he reveals that he doesn't know anything about the radioactive material in the forest.
The unit finds the suspect. Mettle is an eco terrorist responsible for multiple bombings. He lives off the grid so they track down his son. Using a letter Mettle sent to his son, they figure out his next target.
They find Mettle and the bomb before he could diffuse it.
From Greg, Simone learns that someone might be stealing from Cutty.
The FBI learn that Mettle has made a second bomb. He refuses to give up the location of the second bomb.
They use his words to find where the second bomb might be.They realize he might have targeted oil refineries.
Simone learns that Cutty knows that his employee is stealing from him. In the same call, Simone is caught by Carter as she tries to warn Cutty of the bomb threat.
Simone gets an earful from Carter about her actions.
Brendon is still trying to figure out what gift to give Laura.
Carter and Simone find the bomb. With the bomb squad far, Simone and Carter have to diffuse the bomb. They cut the wire to the timer.
Tracy and Garza call a temporary truce on their differences on doing the job.
Brendon reveals that he's sober to the lab technician.They agree to go out for coffee -- which was not a date.
Simone and Cutty make up.
Carter finishes his son's project.
Brendon gets Laura her birthday gift a day late. A ticket for skydiving and a pen.
Wallace may have found bigfoot.
