- A man is digging up a hold in the middle of park looking for a buried treasure destroying city property.
- Nolan makes Thorsten his new campaign manager.
- Grey assigns Bradford on getting Jerry to retire but Jerry is so sweet that no one wants to tell him to retire. He rides along with Bradford.
- Chen rides with Nolan.
- Nolan, Chen, and Bailey are working on the arson case.
- Lucy starts figuring out the clues to the tresure hunt. They arrive and the pier is crowded with people. Someone stabs a woman with a hatchet.
- The woman dies.
- Chen deciphers the clues alon with Thorsten as they try to figure out this treasure hunt to find gold.
- Harper and Chen are on cracking the case with the gold. Thorsten is with Grey.
- Chenford bet each other on who can find the treasure first
- Angela and Wesley go over a case together and debate.
- Brandford and Jerry meet with Stuart, the author that got arrested years ago behind the treasure hunt.
- He had pancreatic cancer and is dying and when they denied him getting out, he decided to let chaos happen over his treasure.
- They figure out a clue that takes them to a conservatory where they run into a man with dynamite trying to blow up a wall and ends up blowing himself up.
- Bradford attempts to get Jerry to retire again, but he meets Jerry's daughter Ashley. He meets up with both of them for dinner.
- Nolan shows up at the party with Bailey where her captain is hosting it. While there he gets a lead that Fred, her boss may be the arsonist. He tells Angela and Bailey catches him. She's in denial about it when Angel and Nolan talk to her.
- Harper and Chen get another lead on the clues.
- Bailey calls Nolan with information about Fred and seems to plan a way to get them enough or a warran.
- They all get another lead on the gold, track down the new location where another treasure seeker shoots the other and they capture him. Technically Bradford wins the bet.
- They declare it a tie, and Jerry announces that it's h is last case and he's grateful he got to go out how he came in.
- Bailey sneaks into Fred's office and finds a bunch of personal belongings to the arson victims. She calls to tell Nolan. He's on his way when Fred comes in and notices Bailey left something out.
- They get to Fred's house and are about to go in when it explodes.
- They give Jerry a retirement sendoff and then Bradford asks Ashley out.
