- A runner happens across an opened gate and a weird and creepy guy with a knife behind his back tries to get him to come inside. But he and his girlfriend leave away.
- Nolan and Lucy ride together and he talks about Bailey being away and doesn't realize that they kind of moved in together.
- lucy and Nolan respond to that same scene because of how suspicious things were and see a bomb. They get out just as the building explodes.
- Matt and Casey from the FBI come to the scene to talk about what happened. The feds want to take over and agree to a joint investigation.
- Harper rides with Angela. They respond to a house call from Meadows who claims that an alien broke into his house and stole his manuscript.
- They interview the couple who describe the possible Russian guy with the scar but they also get prints for a black guy which means it could be a terror cell.
- The suspect isn't there when they go to his house but his guidance counselor is a trainee at the FBI academy so they go to talk to her.
- Simone's a speed demon but doesn't make any mistakes. Her teacher tells her she's not FBI material but a chopper arrives in Quantico to pick her up and take her to LA because of her former student, Zeke.
- They bring Simone there and she hears the briefing and vehemently disagrees with he profiler's profile on Zeke but they dismiss her lack of skills and pedigree as a former guidance counselor and want to ship her back to Quantico. Literally WHY did they even bring her there?
- Nolan talks to Simone and she rides along with him. He gives her advice on being the oldest in their field.
- They find Zekewho saysthat a man will kill him if they take him in.
- They try to shipSimoneaway again, but Zeke says he'll only speak to her. She makes a betterenviornment for him becaue of his sensory overload and she and Nolan talk to him and learn that he used his engineering skills to build bombs on the dark web and gave them to a guy he thought was a research analyst but found out too late that he was a terrorist.
- Simone says she'll get hima lawyer and help even though it won't make her any friends at the FBI.
- Harper and Angela keep hearing from Meadows who is really an urban planner and may be onto something
- They figure out that the terrorist knocked the grid out to get into the armory for all the weapons.
- Bailey and her army reserve team infiltrate the site.
- The suspect flees in one of the humvees and they have to box him in. But it's the man that the suspect was blackmailing.
- Simone goes to her father who is the leader of a defund the police organization who doesn't speak to her much anymore because of her job choice. She needs himto help Zeke.
- Simone's father was in prison for a crime he didn't commit and that's why he's so anti police. They debate about it.
- The FBI claim they're taking over completely becaue of the terrorist getting away with multiple kilos of C4. Grey isn't happy about that.
- They run prints on Meadows place and they're classified. Harper doe some digging and finds out that ther's a connection to Area 51.
- Simone helps Harper and Angela with their case and realizes that it's connected. The man who came into Meadows' home and stole his urban plans is the terrorist.
- They finally put Simone on the task force and find out where their suspect had been hanging out. IT reads that he may have been in the CIA.
- He puts bombs in five different vansaand has drivers take them on routes he got from Meadows' traffic information. He wants to take out LA's roads crippling their infrastructure.
