After Mr. Burns wins a basketball team in a poker game, he sees the antics of Mark Cuban at a game and tries to do similar things to win over the Springfield basketball fans.  When his plan fails, Burns plans to build a new sports arena on top of an endangered Bee colony.  An enraged Lisa sets up a campaign to save the endangered bees.
