A jet pack is accidentally delivered to Chief Wiggum at the station. He ignores the instructions that say a training course is required and files around the town in it. 

The military comes to the station when they discover their jet pack was mistakenly delivered there. Chief Wiggum attemps to fly away but they shoot him down and the jet pack flies off on it's own until it hits the church. 

The insurance claim is denied and there is no money to rebuild the church. 

Apu suggests to Marge that they can get the money playing black jack at the casino. He tells them they can beat the house by counting cards. 

Apu teaches them to keep the count despite casino distractions. He tells them they must have complete secrecy meaning Marge must keep it from Homer. 

Marge lies to Homer and tells him they're doing a church review. That night they win money and she goes home happy to Homer, who asks a bunch of questions about the review. 

Bart and Lisa walk in on Marge on the phone making plans to meet at the casino. She convinces them both to keep the secret from Homer. 

Homer is abducted by casino goons who want their money back. Marge asks him how he ended up at the casino and he reveals that the kids told him she was counting cards and was worried. 

After failing to get the money back, Marge goes to the casino and prays. The religious activity lowers gambling rates and the casino agress to release Homer.
