The Young and the Restless Recap: Part I

When Gloria jokes about Jeffrey having a fatal accident, he warns her that should he die, the D.A. will receive a letter directing him to a jar of tainted skin cream. Daniel (Michael Graziadei) wakes on the floor after having slept with Amber the night before. When Amber wakes, he quickly mumbles that "this never happened." At the coffeehouse Jana chats with Amber about her feelings. Claiming it was a one-night thing, Amber decides it's time to find her own place to live. Kevin warns Jana to stay out of Daniel and Amber's relationship.

The Young and the Restless Recap: Part II

Amber (Adrianne Frantz) overhears Daniel invite Heather out to dinner and refuses his help when she decides to go look at a new apartment. Brad accepts Nikki's job offer and later takes great pleasure in explaining to Neil how he can "parachute" out of his Newman contract and go to work at Jabot. Gloria offers Nikki her support now that she's in charge of Jabot though she later confides to Kevin that she will get her rightful position at the top, though she's worried about Brad.

The Young and the Restless Recap: Part III

He reminds her to keep taking the poison dosage to make her plan succeed. Jeffrey questions Kevin about how much time he spends with his mother and offers him his new sports car as a gift. Kevin asks if he's bribing him but accepts "the ride" nonetheless. Victor (Eric Braeden) arrives at Hope's house in Kansas and she's thrilled to see him but warns that she's dying and nothing can be done to save her. She admits she hasn't told their son that she's dying but that she did call him to come home.

The Young and the Restless Recap: Part IV

As Hope cries that she won't be here for their son, he agrees to tell Victor, Jr. that he's his real father. Phyllis convinces Jack, Sharon and Nick to hire Daniel to work on the magazine. Jack's surprised to hear from Nick that Nikki's in charge of Jabot now. He and Nick meet Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) who leaks that Brad is working for her now. J.T. suggests to Victoria that it's time to move back to his place.
