On This Is Us Season 4 Episode 10, Rebecca must face her memory issues when Randall gets her an appointment with a neurologist.

Randall flies out to LA to be with Rebecca and Miguel during the evaluation. Rebecca doesn't want Randall to tell the others about her issues as she feels Kate is dealing with a lot already and Kevin's sobriety is fragile. When she goes in to see the doctor, Miguel resents that Randall is there.

Meanwhile, Kevin sets himself up with a matchmaker, but the dates he goes on just aren't working out and he wants to give up. Then he sees Lizzie in a coffee shop. They spend the afternoon together, only for Kevin to find out she is married and he is her celebrity crush.

Meanwhile, in the past storyline, Rebecca and Jack break up when Jack feels too much shame about being poor, and Rebecca gets some support from a surprising source when she shows up to her dad's birthday party alone.

And finally, Kate and Toby continue to struggle and Toby makes a surprising admission to Kate.
