As Katie and Tom's wedding preparations continue, it's time to pick their bridesmaids and groomsmen. Katie includes Stassi, Scheana, Brittany, Rachael and Kristen, but leaves out Ariana because she is friendly with James and Lala. This leads to an awkward conversation between the two of them. Meanwhile, Tom Schwartz asks Tom Sandoval and Jax over a homemade dinner that turns into a prank.

Lisa is trying to figure out who is at fault for the latest fight at Pump, involving James. He claims he was provoked, and Lisa believes him despite the rest of the staff wishing he would get fired.

Lala continues to try to make amends with Scheana and Katie, but it does not end well. Katie and Lala get into a fight about the different names they have both called each other, and Katie accuses Lala of dating a married man. The two continue to insult each other, and Katie gets angry when she later sees Scheana talking to Lala. At her housewarming party, Katie tells Stassi and Kristen that she does not understand why Scheana would be laughing at the bar with Lala after everything she has said about her.

Scheana denies being friendly with Lala, but it's clear that it's only the beginning of the conflict between the rest of the girls and Scheana's loyalty.
