Felicity and Barry - Arrow/The Flash
While they were a cute concept and pretty similar people, it's clear that both Barry and Felicity were meant to be with someone else.
Lydia and Parrish - Teen Wolf
We couldn't be happier that this never went anywhere. It was pretty creepy that a deputy was having sexual dreams about a high school student, despite the series attempting to validate it by saying it was supernatural. Thankfully, Lydia and Stiles ended up happily in love and Lydia and Parrish stayed just friends at the end of the show.
Cheryl and Archie - Riverdale
Archie didn't need another love interest and it's clear that Cheryl is meant to be with Toni. We couldn't be happier that Riverdale dropped this storyline.
Alex and Sutton - The Bold Type
This one's pretty disappointing if we're being honest. It's not that we're glad it wasn't told per say, it's more of we're glad it wasn't told if it wasn't going to be told in the right way. It's clear that Sutton was always in love with Richard, and frankly, Alex deserves better than pining over someone who isn't all in.
Clay and Sheri - 13 Reasons Why
This relationship was a little bit random. It's not that they didn't have chemistry, but a romance between them felt a bit out of place given the current circumstances.
Joey and Phoebe - Friends
We were shipping Joey and Phoebe along with the rest of the world at the beginning of the series. However, as the show went on it became clear they were better off as close friends. Although it may not be a popular opinion, Joey/Rachel still feels like the way to go.
