We’re total suckers for a man - or a woman - with a winning smile.
You know it when you see it, the kind of smile that’s so inviting it can make you feel good, or instantly turn your own frown upside down on a bad day.
Not all of these TV characters' smiles require stereotypically lips or perfect teeth (although those attributes don't hurt) in order to be considered sexy.
There is no blueprint, except that when these men grin from ear to ear, women all over just melt, and when the women follow suit, men's knees buckle.

1. Kristen Vangsness as Penelope Garcia -- Criminal Minds
We're all thankful to have a character like Penelope who can easily bright up an episode with her smile and make us forget about all the death, depression and torture going on.
2. Sophia Bush as Erin Lindsay -- Chicago P.D. - Chicago PD
There isn't a lot of smiling going on, but when we do get a smile out of one of the characters, Erin wins every time. She has this charismatic smile which gives you hope.
