Maggie's reveal that she's been crushing on Nathan should make Meredith pause. Sure she's been hooking up with Nathan while all Maggie's been doing is giving him googly eyes, but Meredith should tell her sister what's been going on before her feelings get crushed.

Jo needs to open up to Alex about the husband she's so afraid of. These two love each other, but can they overcome the obstacles that stand in their way to happiness? Jo has trust issues, but she's only making things worse by not being honest. Oh yeah, and Alex definitely needs to apologize for beating the crap out of Andrew!

On the surface, it would appear Owen's sister, Megan, is dead. Let's be real though, this show is all about siblings showing up out of nowhere. Megan turning up alive wouldn't exactly be a surprise since fans are already expecting that, but at least it would get Owen off Nathan's back.

Marriage doesn't always mean happily ever after, but it would be nice for Owen and Amelia to have a period of wedded bliss. Both of them have experienced heartache and continue to struggle with their demons, so they deserve a nice little time out from the doom and gloom.

April and Jackson's relationship has been put through the wringer, and now it's time they find their way back to one another. Fans may have taken a while to warm up when these best friends got together, but their love story has been endearing and heartbreaking every step of the way.

In a perfect world, Cristina would be back as a permanent resident in Seattle. While that outcome is unlikely, it would be great for the brilliant doctor to make a special appearance. While Alex has done a fine job as Meredith's replacement "person", nothing beats the original.

We have gotten to know some memorable recurring patients that captured and broke our hearts, sometimes within the span of a few episodes. Characters like Denny, Ava, Henry, and Kyle made lasting impressions. Let's meet a new patient to root for this season.

These doctors have experienced no shortage of life threatening events. There was a bomb inside of a body, a ferry crash, a hospital shooting, a plane crash, a musical episode... okay that last one was just a catastrophe for the audience. While the repetition of these episodes can grow tiresome, they do provide some amazing stand out performances and unforgettable moments.

While we love watching this expansive cast, sometimes it's nice to spend quality time with the characters that have been around since the beginning. Meredith, Alex, Miranda, and Richard are the last remaining originals. An episode soley focused on these four would be a treat for loyal viewers who've been watching since day one.
