5. Will Reid Be Reinstated?

Erica Messer confirmed to TV Guide that Reid would be a member of the team again, but there would be consequences for him not disclosing going to Mexico.

"There's a little bit of 'You're back, but we need you to do some other work,'" Messer says.

6. A Killer Return

Jamie Kennedy will return as Floyd Feylinn Ferell, as first reported by TV Line.

“It’s going to be so much fun,” Erica Messer dished.

“It’s going to dredge up a lot of reminders for the team and the struggles that people had with faith in that episode.”

7. No More Exits?

After weeks of tough negotiations, Kirsten Vangsness and A.J. Cook closed deals to return. They were both prepared to leave the series if they did not receive salary parity with their male co-stars.

8. A Later Time Slot

The series will be airing one hour later this year. It is moving to the 10/9c time period and will debut Wednesday, September 27.
