Alex O'Loughlin was born August 24, 1976 in Canberra, Australia. He got his start acting in American television, on "The Shield" as Detective Kevin Hiatt. He has been on two previous CBS shows, “Moonlight” and “Three Rivers”.
O'Loughlin was most recently seen on the big screen in "The Back-Up Plan," in which he starred opposite Jennifer Lopez.
