The Good Wife Casting News: Tammy Blanchard, Chris Sarandon, Jacob Pitts

As we digest the major shake-up on the way for The Good Wife next season, the show has announced a trio of casting notes.

First, Emmy winner Tammy Blanchard will recur on the drama as a colleague of Cary’s in the state prosecution’s office. She’ll portray Glen Childs’ underling, described as a “fair-minded assistant state’s attorney who looks more like an indie-band drummer than a lawyer.”

Second, Chris Sarandon (The Unusuals, Psych) will play Judge Goode for multiple episodes of the series.

Finally, Jacob Pitts (Justified) will guest star on the show’s season premiere. He’ll come aboard as the owner of a Wikileaks-type website who faces a murder charge.
