When Homer has clogged arteries, he needs to go under a triple bypass surgery. When he can’t afford the $40,000 surgery by Dr. Hibbert, he elects the $129.95 operation by Dr. Nick. After accepting his fate he will die, Dr. Nick successfully performs the surgery with help from Lisa.
