As previously reported, The Vampire Diaries Season 7 and The Originals Season 3 are both moving to Fridays, starting THIS week, January 29.
As also previously reported, the two CW dramas will crossover at some point this spring… and we've got your first look at two old acquaintances sharing a round of bourbon together again.
The network unveiled a new promo on Twitter this evening gave us a look at what fans can expect on the Fridays to come over the next several weeks, including Stefan sitting down at a bar in The Big Easy.
Right alongside him? Klaus.

He needs to go somewhere where magic can’t find him, and we realized he can go to New Orleans where there’s that bar where magic doesn’t work."
As for the topic of their conversation?
“They actually have a surprisingly civil and honest conversation about love – what it means and the sacrifices that you have to make in the name of it,” Plec previewed.
