TV Fanatic Cheat Sheets: Once Upon a Time Upgraded, Quantico Dowgraded To Likely Cancelation

It's been a whirlwind first seven weeks of the 2016-2017 TV season.

One show has been essentially canceled already. Notorious has not been officially canceled, but the ratings and the episode order being reduced are giant red flags.

Once Upon a Time managed to rebound in the ratings. We're pretty confident it will be renewed if it stays in line with recent airings.

However, Secrets & Lies and Quantico have been downgraded. Barring a miracle, neither show will be on the air next season.

Over on The CW, Supergirl has cooled off in the ratings, but the show is still very safe for another season. Unsurprisingly, Supergirl has helped Jane the Virgin eye some gains year-to-year.

With CBS finally giving Kevin Can Wait some time without The Big Bang Theory, it has managed to stabilize in the ratings and that has been reflected in its renewal chances.

Pure Genius has went the other way and probably won't make it past December.

Over on NBC, This Is Us continues to be a strong force in the live ratings. It managed to hold up well against a highly rated World Series game, so it's not going anywhere.

Other than that, most shows on the network have stayed dead even.

Finally, Fox has mostly been airing the World Series recently, but The Exorcist has now dropped below Scream Queens to take the title of the least watched show on the network.

Will it be able to rebound?
