The CW turned the lights back on Sunday night with the debuts of Batwoman and Supergirl.
Batwoman Season 1 Episode 1 launched with 1.8 million total viewers and a 0.5 rating in the demo.
This is right in line with what Supergirl did in the demo last fall.
After that, Supergirl moved to the 9/8c slot and scored 1.3 million total viewers and a 0.4 rating.
This is up from the show's average last season in both metrics.

Over on ABC, Kids Say the Darndest Things had 5.4 million viewers and a 0.9 rating.
Shark Tank continued with 3.9 million total viewers and a 0.7 rating.
The Rookie closed off the night for ABC with 3.8 million total viewers and a 0.6 rating, down slightly week-to-week.
Over on CBS, God Friended Me had 6.5 million viewers and a 0.7 rating, NCIS: Los Angeles had 6.6 million viewers and 0,7 rating, and the debut of Madam Secretary's final season had 4.9 million viewers and a 0.4 rating.

Fox's numbers are likely inflated due to football overrun.
For now, The Simpons had 6.1 million total viewers and a 2.6 rating, Bless the Hearts had 3.2 million viewers and a 1.3 rating, Bob's burgers had 2.5 million viewers and a 1.1 rating.
