Empire Season 5 Episode 13 scared up 4.1 million total viewers and a 1.2 rating in the demo, up a tenth vs. last week.
Star also benefited with the better lead-in, at a perfectly compatible 3.5 million total viewers and a 1.0 rating.
Over on ABC, Whiskey Cavalier was also on the upside, with 3.1 million total viewers and a 0.6 rating in the demo.
The Goldbergs (4.4 million/1.1 rating) and Schooled (3.4 million/0.8 rating) were both down, but Modern Family (4.3 million/1.1 rating) as steady.
NBC's Chicago Med (7.9 million/1.0 rating) dropped two tenths, while Fire (8.1 million/1.1 rating) and P.D. (6.9 million/1.1 rating) each lose one-tenth.
Survivor (7.3 million/1.5 rating) was down a tenth, while Million Dollar Mile (3.4 million/0.8 rating) was way down. SEAL Team (3.7 million/0.6 rating) was steady in the demo.
Over on The CW, Jane the Virgin (595k viewers, 0.2 rating) lost steam.
