TV Ratings Report: The Olympics Close Low

The Olympics just didn't have the same appeal that other years have had.

NBC: Summer Olympics Closing Ceremony (16.9 million/4.0 rating) posted the lowest night of the Olympics. A special episode of The Voice (10.4 million/2.7 rating) didn't get much of a bump.

CBS: Big Brother (5.9 million/1.8 rating) was on par with its season average, but BrainDead (2 million/0.3 rating) continued to flop out of an encore of Madam Secretary (2.4 million/0.4 rating).

ABC: Celebrity Family Feud (5.6 million/1.1 rating), The $100,000 Pyramid (4.8 million/1.0 rating) and Match Game (4.2 million/0.9 rating) struggled to compete.

Fox: Encores of The Simpsons (1.5 million/0.6 rating), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.2 million/0.5 rating), Family Guy (1.4 million/0.6 rating) and The Last Man On Earth (1 million/0.4 rating) filled the night.
