You know that one question we've all asked for 12 seasons while watching Grey's Anatomy?

Well, Wilmer Valderrama will be guest starring as a musician and MS patient.

He'll be playing a tune, as well as being treated for a tremor in his hand. And along the way he will ask...

"Why are all the doctors in this hospital so hot?"

Right?? It's probably the cutest Valderrama has sounded in ages. Kind of dreamy.

But not all of those hot doctors will be getting along on Grey's Anatomy Season 12 Episode 17.

Meredith will be taking an ambulance ride with Owen and Nathan to pick up a donor heart, and it appears they're going to pulling at her heartstrings.

"We have a job to do," Mer says, "The two of you can kill each other later." Yikes!!

And they seem to take her up on that. Owen says Nathan can't just come into the hospital and be some nice guy and stop.

He sees him.

Is this because of Amelia? It's no secret Nathan is in line for Amelia's love, is it?
