Might we be seeing a new Carrie Mathison on Homeland this fall?
Yes, according to the first official trailer for Season 5. But it's not a new and improved Carrie Mathison, according to Saul.
The above promo finds Saul berating his former protege for being "naive and stupid," seemingly because she's trying to reconcile her guilt over past actions by exiling herself in Berlin.
She's working as the head of security there for a German philanthropist.
But, as you might expect, she's about to get thrust right back into the war on terror.
