A Deadly Adoption Teaser with Will Farrell and Kristen Wiig

For months rumors swirled about whether Lifetime had really pulled off a movie starring Will Farrell and Kristen Wiig without anyone knowing about it. 

People thought it was a joke, or something somebody made up. At one point, news was that the rumors and innuendo had even pulled the plug on the whole darn thing. Then an official movie poster appeared in Hollywood and now, NOW, we have the first teaser trailer. It's HERE!

From what we understand, it is a quasi-parody of all of the soapy movies shown on the network and others like it, but the official description is as follows:

Inspired by a true story, A Deadly Adoption is a high-stakes dramatic thriller about a successful couple (Will Ferrell and Kristen Wiig) who house and care for a pregnant woman (Jessica Lowndes) during the final months of her pregnancy with the hope of adopting her unborn child.

With Jessica's character hoping to mow down a bloodied and battered Will Farrell while Kristen Wiig, looking similarly disheveled, aims a gun, while the voiceover talks about what could have happened if only they weren't so selfish, we can guess this is not a story with a happy ending. 

A Deadly Adoption will air on Lifetime on Saturday, June 20. Do not miss it!
