The promo teases that someone will be going to prison, but who?

Given the way the penultimate episode concluded, it really could be anyone. 

Rachel's father is back on the scene and he makes a harsh promise to someone and it leaves us wondering whether there is any way that he would or could save Mike. 

There's also a tense argument between Harvey and Mike that could make or break their friendship. 

Could Mike really be trying to get off with this, while sending away his friends?
