The X-Files Promo: Scully, It's Me

Dang blast these new fangled machines and their caller ID! Even with the pre-announced bold name Mulder splashed across Scully's screen, would it have killed Mulder to say, "Scully, it's me," for old time's sake?! Well, we said it for him. Scully, it's me!!

Surely we'll hear it at least once during the revival's run. The placement of that caller ID was so blatant it had to be a tease, right?

Well, there is plenty more to sink out teeth into with this new trailer for The X-Files revival, which aired during Gotham and Minority Report on Monday night, including an actual look at aliens, and apparently the day on which the world will end, courtesy of Joel McHale's character (if I have my voiceover correct). 

Just watching Mulder and Scully working together, seeing Mulder reminding her it's his life, everything he believes in...damn, it's good to be back. Add Skinner, an intriguing flashback from who knows when and the ominous voice of the Cigarette Smoking Man (yes, he has a name, but he'll always be CSM!) and it's easy to see we're in for a very short six weeks come January!

This one really gets the juices flowing, you guys!
