He has built a successful career in the entertainment industry and has appeared in various roles in both Canadian and American productions.

Campbell appeared in Battlestar Galactica in a recurring role as Billy Keikeya and in the TV adaptation of Turner & Hooch as Grady Garland. He also had a starring role in the 2008 Knight Rider reboot and can even be found in an episode of Supernatural.

Most notably, Campbell has become a beloved star in the Hallmark franchise of movies, where he not only acts, but writes and produces films for the networks.

He has starred several times with his writing partner, Kimberely Sustad, in movies such as The Christmas Coincidence and Christmas by Starlight, and he starred in and they co-wrote the 2022 hit Three Wise Men and a Baby, also starring Tyler Hynes and Andrew Walker.

He's always hard at work bringing more entertainment to adoring fans, and in 2023, he can be seen in Christmas in Mistletoe on Hallmark.
