Friday Night Lights Moving to Mondays?

at .

We know Friday Night Lights' ratings weren't stellar last week ... but is that cause for concern? TV Guide's Michael Ausiello, in his weekly mailbag, hints that the show may be destined for yet another new night and time. See below ...

Question: Should we be worried about Friday Night Lights' ratings drop-off?

Answer: Depends. If you like the show in its current Friday time slot, then yes, you should probably be worried. If you'd prefer it air, oh, say, Mondays at 10 pm after Heroes, then you should be thrilled. According to an informant, the Peacock recently sent out a reader survey and one of the questions was, "Would you be more likely to watch Friday Night Lights if it followed Heroes on Monday?"

Answer: After a little rendezvous in God's house this Friday, Tyla will be dealt a setback when Tim leans in for a smooch and she goes all "WTF!?" on him.

Question: You were right. I forgive Friday Night Lights for their Hewitt-worthy thriller plot. The second episode, "Bad Ideas," totally rocked. What's next?

Answer: Get ready to see Smash, Riggins and the rest of the Panthers like you've never seen them before: in monkey suits! The Dillon Fall Formal is coming up and all the Panther players are required to wear tuxedos. Sweet!

Friday Night Lights Quotes

"When Jason Street went down the first game of the season, everybody wrote us off. Everybody. And yet here we are at the championship game. Forty thousand people out there have also written us off. But there are a few out there who still believe in you."

Eric Taylor

We will all at some time in our lives, fall. Life is so very fragile, we are all vulnerable, and we will all at some point in our lives, fall, we will all fall.
We must carry this in our hearts, that what we have is special, that it can be taken from us, and that when it is taken from us, we will be tested. We will be tested to our very souls. We will all be tested.
It is these times, it is this pain, that allows us to look inside ourselves.

Eric Taylor
