It looks like the producers of True Blood are busy talking to "name" actresses to appear in one episode this season and possibly more going forward according to Ausiello Files.

So what's the role for this big name actress?  Sophie-Anne, the 500-year-old Queen of the Louisianna vampires.  Her highness is "as bright and witty as she is powerful and dangerous."
