When Burn Notice returns for its third season on Thursday night, Michael remains in jail. But he won't be there for long.

Aside from that development, we can report on the following two spoilers for season three, courtesy of E! Online:

• Mike's brother Nate shows up again in episode three;
• Also, perhaps not coincidentally, arms-dealing bad guy Brennen (Jay Karnes) also makes an appearance on that installment.

Will Brennen get the best of Michael? Don't count on it.
