James Tupper is sticking around ABC.

Coming off a run on Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Andrew Perkins, the veteran actor has joined the cast of Revenge. He'll portray the father of Emily Van Camp's Emily.

As first reported by TV Line, Tupper will be a recurring player on the new series - which premieres on Wednesday, September 21 and which you can preview HERE -  mostly appearing via flashback.

Revenge stars Van Camp as a woman who returns to The Hamptons to take down those who wronged her. It looks promising.
