In this sneak preview clip from Thursday's all-new episode of Grey's Anatomy, Meredith Grey tries to convince Callie Torres that she's ready for prime time. Callie Torres isn't so sure, however.

We're using their full names here because they are in the clip, third-person style. Always funny. Mer is looking for some advice with her upcoming boards, and Callie is at least partially resistant.

The residents cramming for their oral boards is just one facet of "Have You Seen Me Lately," an episode that features Amelia's arrival at Seattle Grace from Private Practice to beg Derek for help.

Meanwhile, Cristina and Owen engage in heated arguments during marriage counseling, and Alex comes to the realization that in order to be a good doctor, he'll need to improve his people skills.
