Are you ready for the next 24, TV Fanatics?

That's how Kevin Reilly, Entertainment President of the Fox Broadcasting Company, described The Following this morning on a conference call, saying the upcoming drama is being held for mid-season so it can run 15 consecutive new episodes.

That's the number star Kevin Bacon agreed to do, as The Following will center on his retired FBI agent and the reason why he's prompted back to work: a serial killer (James Purefoy), who has created his very own cult of fellow serial killers.
