Which pretty face will become the new face of Seattle Grace?

Obviously, Jackson's pretty face is a prime candidate, but it looks like Alex is throwing his hat into the ring as well as the competition heats up for this new and coveted public role.

Meanwhile, April brings in an emergency case, and Jackson and Alex work with a transgendered teenage couple as the hospital implements policies which test the staff's patience.
