Ready for seconds, Hannibal Fanatics?

NBC announced this week that this bloody terrific drama will return for Season 2 on Friday, February 28 at 10/9, taking over the timeslot currently occupied by Dracula.

“[Bryan Fuller] and his team are running on all creative cylinders once again and have delivered episodes full of intrigue, scares and surprises,” said NBC President Jennifer Salke in a statement. “The show continues to astound us with its incredible aesthetic beauty and its amazingly talented cast.”

Not much is known about Hannibal Season 2, except it will be comprised of 13 episodes and Cynthia Nixon will come on board as a member of the Office of the Inspector General in FBI Oversight.
