But the latest installment of this MTV series actually earned this moniker, meaning that, yes, it was an especially drama outing.
Chelsea got upset when Adam sent her a visitation request, while Barbara and Nathan had a MAJOR blowout after Jenelle underwent an unexpected surgery.
Elsewhere, Leah and Corey at least came together to support Ali on her first day of school.
