With all due respect to Carmen Sandiego, Scandal Season 4 will kick off with one simple question on the minds of most viewers:
Where in the world is Olivia Pope?
When we last saw D.C's top fixer at the conclusion of Scandal Season 3, she was aboard an airplane and headed to Who-Knows-Where, as the following teaser gives us a look at Fitz making a phone call and reacting in the same confused manner as fans around the country.
Where is Olivia? Will we find out early in the Scandal Season 4 premiere, which airs on Thursday, September 25 at 9/8c? Check out the promo now:
