A day after The Flash Season 1 Episode 1 became The CW's highest-rated episode since the series premiere of The Vampire Diaries in 2009, Arrow continued this network's super strong week.

Arrow Season 3 Episode 1 brought in 2.8 million viewers and earned a 1.0 rating among 18-49-year olds.

These figures represent an 18 percent and 11 percent, respectively, from the Season 2 finale in May.
