The installment started off with sandpile challenge that was attempted by all, with the goal of the players attempting to lose 50 pound collectively. Not an easy task.
Elsewhere, the contestants reflected on their accomplishments and communicated their goals while hiking with their trainers. It was a good chance for them to open up about all they've been through.
