It was totally on this week, as Top Chef Season 12 Episode 7 split the contestants into two teams for Restaurant Wars.
They were given one day to open their own pop up restaurants, handling everything from decor to menus to waiter training; all to serve 100 diners that included Kristen Kish, Stephanie Cmar and guest judge Barbara Lynch.
As you might expect, both egos and dishes collided during the hour, as the chefs scrambled to work together in a cohesive manner.
However, an ingredient went missing and a dish was altered without the chef's approval, it truly tested the mettle of those involved.
