Once Upon a Time Scoop: Who is Returning?

Tragically, we still have a ways to go until Once Upon a Time Season 4 airs new episodes: it still doesn't return until Sunday, March 1.
But ABC has at least revealed a small casting nugget that ought to have fans excited for this spring:
Rebecca Mader will be reprising her role as Wicked Witch Zelena.
How is this possible, considering Rumpelstiltskin offed Zelena her with his dagger on Once Upon a Time Season 3 Episode 20, thereby completing the time portal spell that sent Emma and Hook back in time?
Zelena will only be seen via flashbacks this time around.
Still, this leaves plenty of questions for viewers to ponder. Namely, will this old version of Zelena be from before she turned evil/green... or from when she was in total Wicked Witch mode?
Also, what else will fans discover about her past that will be relevant to current storylines?
With the Frozen arc now wrapped up, Once Upon a Time will return in March with a focus on the Queens of Darkness.
Are you ready to find out just what Ursula (Merrin Dungey), Maleficent (Kristin Bauer) and Cruella de Vil (Victoria Smurfit) will have in store for our heroes and heroines?
