Welcome to our summation of Top Chef Season 12 Episode 14.
The second of a three-part finale, this hour focused on the remaining contestants taking a surprise visit a lush organic farm on the outskirts of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
This locale supplied food to most of the restaurants in the region.
For their Quickfire Challenge, the chefs were tasked with creating a pair of chocolate dishes: one sweet and one savory.
And then, for their final Elimination Challenge prior to the Finale, these same chefs came up a six-course progressive menu, with each dish highlighting one different Mexican ingredient.
