Being Mary Jane has been renewed for a fourth season.
BET confirmed that the Gabrielle Union-anchored drama will return for season number four during its panel this morning at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena, California.
Union herself made an unexpected appearance during BET’s opening remarks, during which President of Programming Stephen Hill told the actress – and reporters on hand – that production will get underway later this year in Atlanta.
Look for new episodes to air in late 2015.
