TV Ratings Report: Game of Silence Has Decent Debut

NBC premiered new drama, Game of Silence out of The Voice last night.

The new series managed 6.5 million viewers and a 1.5 rating among people 18-49. Given how late in the season it premiered, that's a solid result, but the true test will be when the show moves to its regular slot on Thursday.

Before that, The Voice had 10.7 million viewers and a 2.2 rating. 

And elsewhere around the dial:

  • On The CW, the two hour season finale of iZombie (1.3 million/0.5 rating) was in line with its season average.
  • On ABC, it was encores of Fresh Off The Boat (3.5 million/0.8 rating) and The Real O'Neals (2.7 million/0.7 rating) followed by Agents of Shield (3 million/1.0 rating) and Beyond The Tank (2.1 million/0.6 rating).
  • On Fox, New Girl (2.6 million/1.1 rating) and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2.1 million/0.9 rating) ticked up, but The Grinder (1.6 million/0.6 rating) was even.
  • And on CBS, it was two encores of NCIS: New Orleans (9 million/1.2 rating) and an encore of NCIS (9.9 million/1.3 rating).
