Elle Bishop is an agent of The Company. She’s the daughter of Bob, although it’s safe to assume she’s been adopted by him.
Elle is an evolved human with the power of lightning. She’s mostly used it for evil so far, as she follows orders from her father and has rarely even been outside The Company headquarters.
But as the character learns more about her past, she appears to be leaning toward life as a hero. We’ll have to stay tuned and find out!
