Anthony Head as David Whele - Dominion Season 2 Episode 1

Anthony Head portrays David Whele, the chief administrator of Vega and an overall troublemaker. The guy is ruthless, occasionally feeding staff to his pet lion when they learned state secrets. We last saw him spiriting his son away and leaving William in the desert with a gun and some food rations. Hey, that's a decent option considering your kid is the leader of Gabriel's dark acolytes. This season, Whele wants Vega's top spot and a civil war might just get him there.
