Regina and Maleficent - Once Upon a Time

Frenemies might be a better term for these two. There's no denying the two women have been through a lot together. They've both done terrible things as villains, but they've also shown great love for their children. We'd love to see the ladies team up again.

Emma and Elsa - Once Upon a Time Season 4 Episode 9

Frozen overload aside, Emma and Elsa formed an amazing friendship while the queen resided in Storybrooke. Both woman understood the drawbacks of magical powers and what it felt like not to fit in. We'd love to see more of these two now that Emma's accepted her place as the savior and Elsa's regained her throne.

Like Tinker Bell, we will take any excuse to have Ariel back on our screens. Belle was one of the first people she met in Storybrooke, and the two bonded when they took on kidnappers together. Considering everything that's going on right now, Belle could use a friend.

Okay, fine. Friendship might be pushing it with these two. But there was never a shortage of laughs when the two traded sarcastic barbs. Unfortunately for Will, he usually ended up unconscious after one of their meetings.

Mary Margaret and Emma - Once Upon a Time Season 1 Episode 7

Obviously we'll never be sorry that the curse broke and Emma reunited with her parents. But it's hard not to miss the relationship Emma shared with her mother when she was just her friend and roommate, Mary Margaret. They were a lot more open with one another back then when it came to their feelings.

Mulan and Aurora - Once Upon a Time

It's been way too long since these lovely ladies shared the screen. We know guest star schedules aren't the easiest to accommodate, but we love seeing Mulan and Aurora together. There was always a hint of something deeper than friendship. We'd love to see more of this relationship explored.

After swooping in to save Regina and Snow from a flying monkey, Robin attempted to do the chivalrous thing. He remained unfazed when Regina rejected the gesture.

After his wife's death, Robin raised Roland on his own. Given how happy the little guy seems whenever he graces the screen, we think he did a great job.

Given the circumstances, we can't blame Robin for being suspicious of Zelena's intentions. He was more than willing to give his baby girl everything she needed.

Who would Robin Hood be without his Merry Men? No matter where he goes, his friends are always nearby. They're happy to jump in to help with childcare, or to fend off nefarious villains.

Back in the Enchanted Forest, Regina had little interest in Robin's help or opinions. That didn't stop him from offering his expertise when the heroes needed him.
