When you watch Beauty and the Beast Season 3 Episode 12 you'll be rooting for Cat and Vincent to finally take down Liam. Vincent comes up with the idea that the only way they will truly be able to end Liam's reign of terror is if they erase his memories to make him forget about his revenge. Cat goes to the prison to see her father Robert so she could get the formula for erasing minds. Robert tries to tell Cat that erasing memories isn't easy and it takes a lot of time and he tries to convince her to get him out on furlough so he could help her out, but she declines. At the hospital were Vincent works, Helen Ellingsworth is admitted for possible poisoning. Vincent tries to convince her that Liam is the one behind it, but she doesn't want to believe him. Liam shows up, after Vincent leaves the room, and injects Helen with a substance which instantly kills her and causes Vincent to be put on probation. This convinces Cat they need to get Robert's help in taking Liam down and Vincent breaks him out of prison. At JT's apartment, Robert works on the formula while Vincent and Cat go track down Liam. They are able to subdue him and bring him back to the apartment where Robert adminsters the formula. It appears to be working, but Liam is able to fight the formula and breaks free, but Robert makes everyone else leave so they don't get hurt. Liam vows to take both Vincent and Cat out and violently kills Robert. In the end, Cat mourned her fathers death and realizes they are going to have to go to great lengths to get rid of Liam.
