Through a strategic day of timed appearances around the city, Vanessa covers her tracks as her plan to isolate Astrid unfolds.

In a plastic surgery recovery room, Dr. Holmes poses as a face-wrapped patient before Dr. Olsen discovers her true identity.

After a series of fatal jabs, Astrid's body is left to be discovered by staff.

With this being another high-profile murder, Elsbeth finds herself skin-deep in the case.

Though the Doctor made good work of any loose ends, Elsbeth's keen eye is able to find even the smallest details that link Dr. Holmes to the slaying.
