Meredith realizes that the fertility drugs are causing her to lose her eyesight.   Lucy orders that Meredith stop the fertility drugs or there could be permanent damage.  The Chief tells Meredith that she cannot even step foot in the OR until she recovers.

One of the Alzheimer’s patients has a son with a cyst on his neck.  April convinces Dr. Stark not to call child protective services, and he ends up asking her out on a date.  April says yes.

Another patient is getting a lung transplant and is forced to sacrifice his relationship with his girlfriend for his health.  Avery tells Lexie that he has feelings for her, and they end up in the shower together.

Adele is back in the hospital, and Bailey gets assigned to her case.  After some prodding by Bailey, the Chief eventually asks Derek to evaluate Adele because he is concerned about her.

Arizona and Mark try to emphasize to each other and Callie that they should both have a say in decisions about the baby.  Arizona admits that she is upset that she is stuck having Mark in her life for the foreseeable future.

Cristina mentions to Owen that she does not want children, and he responds by getting angry and demanding that she take his desires into consideration.
